Diani Chale Marine National Reserve

Diani Chale Marine National Reserve located in Diani was gazetted as a park in 1995 with an aim to protect the coral reef. It stretches from Tiwi Estuary in the north to Chale Island in the south.   This marine park offers a dazzling array of technicoloured fish and spectacular coral gardens which makes it a must visit while in Diani.

This Diani reserve also allows for a range of marine activities, including traditional dhow fishing trips, snorkeling, sailing and other non-motorised watersports as well as viewing leisurely excursions in glass-bottomed boats.

Diani Chale Marine National Reserve is also referred to as Diani Chale Marine Natioal Park and Reserve.
