Haller Park

Haller Park, which is located next to Bamburi Cement, is the largest animal sanctuary in Mombasa Kenya.  The park features a diversity of reptiles, insects and botanical gardens.

It was once a limestone mining site that was stripped of its natural resources due to excessive mining and eventually became infertile.  However, due to rehabilitation through reforestation and preservation efforts, it has now become a prominent sanctuary in the town of Bamburi with the main attractions being;
